Episode 28: The Dangers of Comparison

from The Randy Detrick Podcast · host Randy Detrick

Everyone rationalizes their own existence.  With that, it comes easy to look at the surface of someone else's life and say things like "it must be nice to...." or "wow they are so lucky." When you compare your progress to someone else's, you're placing limits on yourself. Comparing yourself to others is a battle you'll never win. Jordan Peterson says it best: "Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, no to who someone else is today." Thank you for listening! If you feel like we've added value to your lives, please share with a friend and subscribe to receive updates when a new episode is released! We hope you leave inspired and motivated and we hope to expand the mission of Randy Detrick: Add value to people's lives.
