This week, Dave, Jack, Danny and Andy somehow start with a “serious” chat about how billions of people now work without desks… and end up questioning whether anyone actually works at all anymore. Self-employment is booming (or disappearing? depends who you ask), and the lads try to figure out how we went from 90% of people grafting for themselves to… whatever this is now. No one agrees, least of all Danny. Then things get properly weird. There’s talk of AI giving everyone £20,000 a year in the UK , Jack’s already spent his imaginary money, Dave doesn’t trust it, Andy thinks it’s a trap, and Danny’s just wondering if it includes free pints.
