Justin discusses why improving workplace mental health is so important and the benefits of implementing mental health initiatives in the workplace. We discuss Project55's Mental Health First Responder (MHFR) Training and what it entails. Further, Justin discusses how people can support one another, in the workplace and otherwise, before a crisis becomes unmanageable and some first steps people can take when it comes to improving mental health in the workplace.
