Episode 280: The frustration is real

I have worked very hard over the last few years to stay intentionally present while taking action to create more of what I want.  But, the other day, a feeling of frustration just wouldn't go away.  There was a lot of things that I was frustrated about (listen in to find out what they were) but it wasn't until the next day that I realized what I was truly feeling frustration about.  It wasn't about the situation I was in, it wasn't about what wasn't happening, it wasn't about how things were unfolding.  The frustration that was consuming me was because I wanted it so badly. The frustration was definitely real but not for the reason that I had initially thought. Listen in to find out more.
