Episode 281 - EszJay

We connected with Oklahoma City artist EszJay this week on episode 281 for an awesome conversation! As an artist deeply rooted in Hip-Hop we were excited to hear her perspective as an independent artist in the space. Having moved to Oklahoma from her home state of Illinois she told us about the connections she’s been able to garner through different local events like open mics and other live shows. She’s also spent most of this year finishing up her first full project, an EP that’s set to see light in 2026. EszJay also revealed her plans to do more shows and work on some visuals to help accompany the project which is super exciting.
