from Peace In Their Time Hosted by Peace In Their Time
The Battle of Shanghai was lost for the Chinese, but the war was far from over. The proximity of the Nationalist capital of Nanjing to Shanghai made it the obvious next target, and the Japanese quickly set off to take it before the NRA could recover. What unfolded would become one of the most infamous incidents in human history.
