Meryl Arnett is a mama, meditation teacher, the creator of The Mindful Minute podcast, and the head of meditation for Shoreline meditation app. Her meditation classes have been featured on CNN Headline News, TODAY.com and Atlanta Magazine, and her podcast has been named a Top 10 meditation podcast. Meryl has been teaching corporate, private & group meditation classes since 2010, and co-created Sacred Chill {West}, the first meditation and yoga studio in Atlanta offering regular, independent meditation classes. Meryl continues to study, practice, and find great inspiration from her teachers, Tracee Stanley, and Chanti Tacoronte-Perez where she finds delight combining the magical and the mundane – using art, literature, and dream interpretation alongside the endless laundry, dishes, and bills of real life to inspire and inform her teachings. Her classes are a mash-up of creative inspirations, ancient teachings, and her own experiences on the meditation cushion. And … her goal as a teacher is to use meditation practices to infuse our real, everyday lives with the magic of an awakened heart.
