Episode 286: Competing as a Natural IFBB Pro Bikini Competitor and Mastering Stage Presence

In this special episode, Paul brings on Lawna Dunbar, who has been a client of his for a few years now. Lawna is a lifetime natural athlete and she obtained her pro card, under Paul, at the Ben Weider Classic. She recently qualified for her SECOND Olympia and will be prepping for that later this year. Paul and Lawna talk about competing naturally in the IFBB along with hitting on the importance of stage presence as well!
