Al and Frank who live in a different section of town are the neighborhood thugs who are always up to no good. A jogger killer is on the loose that has a demented way of mutilating the bodies of the victims that puzzles the detectives working the case. Dr. Leslie, Dr. Dan, Brandy and Nazee are best friends from college who open up a much-needed clinic that has become very successful in one of the less desirable sections of the city. But inevitably, tragedy will strike which changes their lives. The relationships of the best friends are one of love, trust and loyalty.
