Episode 29 (12/14/20) - ATB Visits Scott and Alternate Ending Brew Co.

Send us Fan MailIt's a movie theater, it's a restaurant, it's a damn good brewery!  Dan and Tom visit Alternate Ending Beer Co. and sit down with proprietor Scott Novick.  Although Scott worked at one of the premier hazy IPA breweries in the country, did someone say OH, he has chosen to push the boundaries at his own establishment.  There is a room that smells like fresh baked bread, strictly reserved for barrel aging wild ales, and a mash tun capable of producing single decoction pilsners for all you crispy boiz out there!  Scott and his team have big things planned from cult movie nights to live events. This new brewpub met and exceeded our expectations in many ways and we can't wait for the rest of you craft beer junkies to check out this NJ hotspot!
