Episode 29: #29 Local Series - Rob Popplestone Traralgon Fc

Another installment of our local legend series brings us Rob Popplestone. ‘Poppy’ played the majority of his local footy with the Traralgon Football Club in Gippsland followed by a stint in the SANFL. We discuss what it was like in the 80’s playing lcoal footy, the atmosphere, bringing the towns together for game day and how he went about it. There is a strong link to SA footy and his experience their in the SANFL and the great players of that era.
