Episode 29 - In conversation with Chris Allen

In this episode we're in conversation with Chris Allen, who is the Founder and Chief Change Officer at MONTROC Consulting Ltd. Their Business Change projects have spanned all sectors and ranged from Global Research to behavioural change, and from the UK to the USA. He was previously at the Morgan Sindall Group, CBRE, and also the British Army. Chris also played Water Polo for Great Britain and swam the English Channel, so he's clearly someone who is driven and committed to the things he's involved in. He is deeply interested in the future of work and helping people to #LiveWorkBetter. One day on a commuter train to London, Jenny happened to strike up a conversation with Chris and very quickly realised what an interesting character he is and how passionate he is about making positive difference in the world.
