Episode 29: Interview with Sal Mondelli

In this episode, we interview Sal Mondelli, he is a seasoned president and CEO, having served as the leader of three organizations across multiple industries. Most recently, Sal was president and CEO of a nonprofit organization. He is in his encore career as an Executive Coach and Consultant with The Bailey Group thebaileygroup.com located in the Minneapolis area. In his current role, he advises boards and CEO's. He has been a board member for many corporate and nonprofit organizations.  He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and an Adjunct Professor at Crown College. He received his M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD. Sal shares some great advice from lessons learned in his career in both corporate and nonprofit organizations.
