Actually, it has been a revolving theme of many of my sessions for the last few months. Usually, when there is a constant theme that comes up, I lean into it to see what else is there. In doing so, I discovered Tim Fletcher’s teachings on shame and was amazed with his presentation on these ideas. So, I’ll be referencing him throughout the course of my teachings here. In today’s session, I will be discussing Shame. More specifically, what shame is, where it comes from and how shame impacts the way people show up inside of their marriages.
