Episode 29 - Monday, Monday

from Running The Red Line · host Running The Red Line

Episode 29 - Monday, Monday:   We missed the pod recording on Friday but better late than never we sat down on Monday to chat Brett's weekend away trading, classic Volkswagens, food challenges, Andy's latest YouTube video, The final three days of athletics at the Paris Olympics including the men's and women's marathons, pushing in races, Ray Gunn, the closing ceremony, the best kit of the Olympics, Andy's first training week in the build up to Valencia with attempt 3 in Chasing 20, Brett's week off running and unfortunately no 'The Strava Segment'.   Questions of the pod: Are you in autumn/winter marathon training and for which marathon? How do you consume a two hour podcast?   Do you have a question for the pod? If so, comment on the YouTube video, send us a message on Instagram or email it to [email protected]   As runners, we all challenge ourselves in ways we never thought possible. Pushing the boundaries of what we're capable of to smash through targets and set ourselves new bigger and better ones.   This awesome hobby we share gives us one thing in common and it brings us together as a community. Whether you’re working towards completing your first Parkrun, or you're a veteran of the sport who's run 100 ultra marathons, we all know the feeling of reaching that maxed out effort and our own Red Line.   Welcome to our podcast where your hosts Brett Elesmore and Andy Maguire discuss the struggles, the successes and everything in-between on our running journeys as we all work towards the next time we’re Running The Red Line...   Andy's Channel: @itsonandy Brett's Channel: @ob1brand
