I think I think One thing that I like that I like that I've done is I've made it this far I think that's one thing that I try to always revert back to myself and say like oh you you've gotten here although This happened, you know what I mean?
And I don't want to go into detail about that But like you the fact that I can sit here with you guys. I got here I got here safely and we're able to joke around and have fun like I got here even though all the other stuff happened You know what I mean? So that that part is something that I try to remind myself is the stuff that I'm able to do now is is a blessing and money And I got money is that your is that your measurement of success is like material you want some money I mean, yeah, so since like you know you mentioned like the ending of your podcast leading to like a Stepping zone to something more successful. Yeah.
Yeah, what steps is allowing you to take to get to that bigger success? Like is it just for you or oh just give you any perspective on things? Yeah, yeah, I kind of just wanted to take a step back and And kind of just reevaluate and stuff so taking the time off. I think it's been good for you know like Like real reasons like life and stuff to yeah, but also kind of just like me Take my time with it get the proper equipment and have the proper setting, you know, right?
So it I think that's where it's helped me get there is by just kind of taking my time. Yeah, not living by the people's time You know, I want to be God right I control time. We took a break. Yeah, sorry.

Yeah, but like it's like you said perspective So when that happens, I feel like real successful people would take a step back and just kind of evaluate where they're at Yeah, in the grand scheme of things rather than just like doubling down on it. Yeah, so about you then what are some successes in your life? Still I that's like the main thing. Yeah, I mean like I did the typical like Marliss Jones like I want to college graduated.

So I get up as far as I can like I think I got up to 20 or 15 or something like that like really close.
Yeah, and I ran out of bounds because we were on the sideline Yeah, so it was really like like six people eight people in front of me You know people are blocking everywhere and I run out of bounds and like the whole crowd was like Yeah, yeah, and then next play they run it to our all-star. You get stuck on the backfield. We lose a game, right? I didn't feel a failure there.
I was like you lost a game whatever the failure I felt was when I watched the tape on the way home I saw in the tape my big play right? I saw if I need if I just cut right at one point It would have been a touchdown. So if you just took it all the way I just took it all the way didn't thing to jump out of bounds, you know I took it all the way I would have scored and it would have been so easy because it was so wide open But I was doing my head thinking like I got a good one. Well, not even bad.
It's just if I get tackled. I lose the game Yeah, yeah, you want responsibility or you know I'm not so much like I didn't want it to be on me. I didn't want to let people down Yeah, you know so when when I saw that I was like fuck if I just cut right I would have won the game For a long time. Yeah, so I that's I mean it's tough It's not easy to do it's not easy to think that oh this failure that I have isn't the end of the world can always feel like that You know, but once you kind of realize that you're gonna you're gonna feel like this for a little bit And the day will end you know and things like I don't remember paying rent I needed $20 to pay rent and I had to ask a friend to pay my rent I needed $20 so I was at zero for like the next paycheck You know, I remember doing stuff like that and I remember thinking like fuck like I I don't know how I come back from this and then Years later, you're like, oh, you know, that was years later. You're in that Porsche.

It's like you fail and then you try again It's like now you have to work through the failure, you know, you have to come back from the bottom So I think once you kind of like find peace in that and just realize like damn man Like this sucks dude, this sucks, but you just keep on going You know, it sucks But you got to keep on going forward and keep on living life You can't just lay around and dwell in it You have to kind of know like okay that didn't work So let's let's keep on trying to make it work or if it doesn't work altogether Let's find out another way to do it.
