This time of year is slow, but this is actually a great time to SELL because the buyers buying right now are SERIOUS! There aren't usually casual buyers right now. And there's low inventory. This means it's the perfect time to optimize your listing and get the buyers you want in the door. It's a tight market out there for buyers between 300 and 450... but it's not impossible.
