I never get tired of shining a bright spotlight on this elephant in the room, you know, the one I call the gender pay gap. In many ways this elephant is a bully. And as bullies do, they pick on the little people, those they think are weak, someone who won’t fight back but turn tail and run. But we are not of those who shrink and slink away in fear. No, I am not afraid of this bully. I want it to be afraid of me. When the gender pay gap sees me coming, I want it to run in the other direction, screaming as it runs headlong right out of my territory. I want it to be afraid to pick on you too!
