Loved catching up with 2020 NLC San Antonio Fellow Leroy Adams on today's episode of The Zag. focused on Black men and Mental Wellness. In the past few months, Leroy's been leading conversations via IG and Facebook on the concept of Healing Is A Legacy. HIs goal is to encourage more men of color, especially Black men, to seek out therapy and engage in conversations around relationships, emotional/mental wellbeing, and how these are important behaviors to normalize and pass down (i.e. legacy) to the next generations in the same way that material wealth is.
