Blending live synth-pop, comedy and immersive storytelling, The Breakup Variety Hour transforms the chaos of a breakup into a high-energy, cathartic night out. Part concert, part confessional, part cabaret, the show follows the emotional arc of a relationship’s end, from shock and denial through to rediscovery and self-reclamation delivered with humour, honesty and anthem-level performance. Premiering at Joe’s Pub in New York City, the show has since toured across the US, London and Australia, including runs at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Sydney Comedy Festival. Now, it lands in Edinburgh with a fresh Fringe run at Assembly George Square.
