You’ve all had that customer who is a cheapskate. The guy who has money, but doesn’t want to pay. Asks you to down cut your prices and do it for 1/2 of what you quoted. The one who doesn’t understand the value, the pain and the fear they should feel for not having a clean carpet, a dirty roof, etc. The truth is that the next day this person would go to the golf shop and buy $5k on a putter and feel totally amazing and empowered by it. To him, that was the smartest $5k he could have spent. Well, everyone is both types of buyer. There are price sensitive and value conscious buyers.
