Laura Muir has won two gold medals in Glasgow on the track where she trains as British Athletics enjoyed their most successful European Indoor Championships ever. For the nation's cyclists, Elinor Barker won the only gold medal for GB in Poland. There's also news and views on Tom Daley's return to competition and fond farewells to boxer James Degale, swimmer Jazz Carlin and bobsleigh medallist John Jackson - all who have announced their retirement this week.
