Episode 3: 5 steps on how to have an awesome consultation with your clients.

from The Intentional Artistry Podcast · host Lara Stillwell

In today's episode I share five steps on how to create confidence with having a conversation aka a consultation with your clients. These five steps are:1st step - welcome your clients 2nd step- create a space of comfortability and safety for not only you but your clients so they can be open and honest about themselves and their hair's history.3rd step- Get to know your client and ask them lots of questions about their lifestyle, what they do for work, to inspiration pictures and their hair history and more. 4th step - customize a plan of action for your clients. Breakdown their inspiration pictures and use the tools I suggest in the episode to help make their experience awesome! 5th step - Help them to feel good about the game plan and make sure all their questions have been answered. Bonus tip!! Really listen to your client and then deliver on the hair that you and your client talked about!! If you are struggling with how to have a consultation and need support then please reach out to me on my social media below and I'll be happy to talk with you. Please hit the follow button at the top to subscribe so you don't miss new episodes every week.Click here to connect with me https://www.instagram.com/larastillwell
