His desire to give back was instilled by his Texas Teacher of the Year father, and a selfless, dedicated mother. He's the proud parent of two children 10 & 13 (one with special needs) who deeply inspire him. He studied Computer Systems Engineering at Stanford University before moving to Austin in 1996 with Trilogy Software. He launched and managed three social ventures - EDCO Ventures, MiniDonations, and Encast - lead multi-disciplinary teams, and built a vast and influential civic and corporate network. Leo is Founder and CEO of Encast: a software company revolutionizing how influencers and their fans elevate affinity, engagement, and social impact. He has served on over a dozen non-profit boards and is especially passionate in technology, workplace culture, the non-profit industry and philanthropy, and cause marketing/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Corporate Social Justice (CSJ). As an executive coach and facilitator, Leo has engaged with dozens of CEOs and business owners through The Alternative Board (TAB) and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
