He studied Computer Systems Engineering at Stanford University before moving to Austin in 1996 with Trilogy Software. He launched and managed three social ventures - EDCO Ventures, MiniDonations, and Encast - lead multi-disciplinary teams, and built a vast and influential civic and corporate network.
