Episode 3 - Andrew Guanciale

On this episode of the Iron & Infrastructure Podcast, I have my good friend Andrew Guanciale. Andrew has reached an impressive level of sales production within the 16 years with Coldwell Banker King Thompson. In 2014, Andrew was awarded the 20 Million Dollar Sales Award by the Licking County Board of Realtors and Realtor of the Year Award in 2010. As a member of one of Licking County's leading Real Estate teams, The Guanciale Group, Andrew has found enjoyment in helping Buyers and Sellers in today's Real Estate market.  In addition to selling Real Estate, Andrew is active in the following organizations: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Licking & Perry Counties, Big Brothers Big Sisters Foundation Board, Licking County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Chamber Government Affairs Committee, Licking Memorial Hospital Development Council, Licking County Board of Realtors, Salvation Army of Newark, Hospice of Central Ohio, and United Way.
