Today I am joined with Alex and Liam, we talk about Anxiety, Depression how that can affect us especially in these tough times we find ourselves in. Liam speaks about his personal Anxiety journey where he diagnosed at the age of 13 and explains his expierence with Anxiety, he also explains what Anxiety is. Alex speaks about Depression as he feels it needs to get more recognised as it is hidden especially with Covid-19 going about, he also speaks about his Leukemia battle and how at risk of Covid-19 heis with having a low immune System.
