Episode 3: Closure

This session is a dialogue about the intersection of closure + reality. I am releasing this on the anniversary of my Mother's passing, as this is my biggest experience with closure. I talk about how it is important to navigate the reality the weight of waiting for others to give us the closure we need in order for us to feel better or move forward. It is imperative that we take responsibility for our own feelings and find acceptance in others' incapacity if they do not hold the space to give us what we need, since we cannot keep doors open indefinitely or have our own healing dependent on someone else.
