Episode 3 congestion tax in New York City

Today, we discussed a plan implemented in New York City by Governor Kathy Hochel. A congestion tax has been foisted upon New Yorkers if they wish to enter the busy areas of the city. We talked about the ramifications of whether this new plan will be good for the city or if it will force people who can’t afford the fee into the unsafe subway system where there has been a lot of violence in recent years.
