Episode 3: Dr. Jennifer Croke

Today we are joined by Dr. Jennifer Croke, a radiation oncologist from the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto to talk all things mentorship. We talk about everything from how to be a good mentee and mentor, to how to break up with your mentor when that time comes. Her wide-ranging experience in leading both official mentorship programs and personal mentoring offers us tangible ways to build better communities and support each other through our careers and lives.
