In the middle, we will spotlight an individual or sport with a five-minute excerpt from a longer podcast-style interview posted separately. Up next will be a variety pack of non-high school sports, ranging from club leagues to tournaments involving youth and adults, as well as post-secondary varsity coverage.At the end of each show, you will find a “Sports Heritage Moment” and historical footnote feature, most of which will connect to the North Bay Sports Hall of Fame inductees.
