While disorganized unimproved processes feel 85% unique and one-off while it is typically 15% or less that is novel to a new job.   We go over the 8 lean wastes that Toyota identified for their business and also discuss what other companies might identify for their top wastes. We are not all Toyota, so maybe we should think hard about our top wastes.   How do you build a culture of continuous improvment?
