In the 2nd part of Episode 3 we cover David Parker Ray AKA "The Toy Box Killer." A serial rapist, serial torturer, and serial killer, his accomplice Cindy Hendy, some of the victims that fell victim to David Parker Ray's torture, and the inevitable downfall of his sick and twisted spree.This is the episode where Brittany and Hunter talk about all of these events, and is our actual cover of the case.
