Episode 3 -Preliminary Hearing

One of the many steps in the legal process is a preliminary hearing. The hearing is done to see if there is enough evidence to bind the case over to a higher court for trial. I think I forgot to mention that I was also and handcuffed and ankle-shackled during the proceedings. I guess it was in case I decided to make a run for it. (I wasn't going anywhere.)
