Episode 3 - with Elisabeth Villiger Toufexis

Elisabeth Villiger Toufexis was born and raised in Switzerland and after a challenging childhood, decided to travel far away from home and start over by becoming a tour guide. For 11 years she worked all over the world and in the meantime, she has travelled to over 100 countries and speaks 6 languages. Her most wonderful take away from all her travelling is realizing that we are all the same, we all have the same needs for safety, we all seek happiness and we all try to avoid suffering. After settling down in Cyprus and while raising her two beautiful children there, she started off on a more entrepreneurial venture, importing quality wooden toys from Germany and had shops all over Cyprus.  She decided to end this chapter after 6 years as she wanted to be less tied down and have more flexibility with her time.  For 17 years, she worked as a freelance interpreter and administrator for the Cyprus Police Association and the European Police Trade Union and accompanied their President all over the world.  Through her work life and by being a mother, but also through her genuine interest in other people, she acquired a lot of people skills and wanted to use them to help others around her. She did this by becoming a Life Coach.  Knowing that in order to be a good coach, she would need the right tools; she trained as a Life Coach, NLP practitioner. It has now been 8 years since she became a certified coach and has helped many people change their lives. She is also a Reconnective Healing Practitioner. As an international motivational speaker, she has been able to stand on many stages around Europe and the Middle East including Cyprus, Lebanon, Switzerland, Romania, Albania, as well as in the United Kingdom for the Global Woman Summit. Another passion of hers is putting all of her experience and coaching advice to words, which is why she is also the author of the book “The Soul Kit - First Aid for the Soul” which is also available as a video course.
