Chef Todd has run prestigious hotel and restaurant kitchens all over the country and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution named his most recent restaurant, Richards’ Southern Fried, among the Best New Restaurants of 2017. Chef Richards’ cookbook, SOUL, explores his journey to understanding and exploring soul food as a chef. On the show we’ll talk about growing up in Chicago, his advice for young chefs and what ‘soul’ food means to him.
