from Outside The Chute Hosted by outsidethechute
Outside The Chute is heading over to Portugal’s Cove, Newfoundland as we sat down and chatted with Hall of Famer, Colin Abbott. Abby was one of the most feared hitters to ever play the game. His list of accomplishments are numerous as he has been named to 10 ISC All World teams, 3 ISC Tournament MVP’s, 3 ISC World Titles, 4 Canadian Senior Men’s titles, as well as, 2 Pan Am Games Gold medals, just to name a few. We talked to Colin about getting his start in the game over in Portugal’s Cove, his 1989 appearance at the Canada Games in Saskatoon, his time in Green Bay playing for the All Car Roadrunners, and much more. Abby was a pleasure to chat with and one of the true good guys in this game, I’m sure everyone is going to love hearing his stories.
