Episode 30: Connecting to Your Ancestors

Hello World! It’s been a little while! I’m finally getting over a cold and back to recording! Unfortunately, I still sound a little congested, so I apologize for that! This episode’s meditation is all about helping you connect to your ancestors, fitting for this Halloween/Samhain season (in the northern hemisphere that is). In this meditation, you will meet with an ancestor or a representative of your ancestors and connect with their energy to receive their messages.
