EPISODE 30 -Red Sun, Fake News, and a Planet in Crisis

After a much-needed pause, I'm back and I'm starting this episode by calling myself out. Inspired by a familiar favorite, Atomic Habits by James Clear, I talk about why I haven't released an episode in a while… and why it's time to stop making excuses and show up, even when life feels like a lot. Then, I shift gears to something I had to speak on: all the wild conspiracy theories floating around about hazy skies and red suns here in Ontario. In this mini rant (with a lot of heart), I set the record straight about what's really happening with our environment and why blaming billionaires and "weather weapons" is a dangerous distraction from the facts. This episode is about personal responsibility for ourselves, and for our planet. It's about staying grounded in truth, and finding motivation to live more consciously. Let's talk about it.
