Encountering stressors is out of our control, but how we respond to those stressors is within our control. Whether we are experiencing physical or physiological stress, our bodies' responses are the same which is why it’s so important to find ways to manage how we react to these factors. Stress management is a muscle, the more we practice using it the easier it becomes.
