Episode 30: Vulnerability

Hey Everyone! Welcome to another Long cast, today I have a solo episode talking about something that I struggle with and that would be my mindset and ability to vulnerable with myself. Sometimes I can struggle with thought movies in my head as well as not being present in my life. Personally for me I think many of these things can come from the insecurities in myself and the ability to accept myself and some of the things I may not like about myself. I decided to come and talk about it on the podcast because the podcast is somewhere where I feel really comfortable opening up and learning things about myself.
