Hey guys it's RJ and Unique! In today's episode we're going to be discussing Accountability. Accountability is critical for both performance and innovation, because WE ALL need things to guide us and keep us on track. It can be both internal and external. Accountability assist us perform at our peak because we generally want to hold true to our commitments and it reminds us of them. When a sense of responsibility as well as clearly defined expectations are absent, that is where our pride, fears, doubts, biases, and inclination to be self-serving lead us to be exhibiting dishonest or dishonorable tendencies. We're seeing this everywhere in society, as no one really answers to anyone let alone themselves. Our hope is that our listeners will get something from this deep, honest, and real conversation from the viewpoint of both a Licensed Professional Counselors and a Licensed Social Worker.
