They are two long-time friends who started their careers on the internet but keep finding themselves having conversations about how the digital world has become increasingly cancerous, bleak, centralized and lame. Is Facebook destroying the internet? Is Twitter destroying politics? Is Instagram destroying children? Is this false dichotomy destroying rational arguments? Whatever is going on, Matt and Ethan have found they keep talking about Tech vs Media and in ways they haven't really heard anyone else: like (somewhat) normal people would. Or at least how people who care about comedy and/or sports would.
