Jeremy Arrascaeta from the hugely popular restaurant Angler, at Stirling. Angler is all about serving high quality, sustainable seafood and their menu features items such as carp bacon, scallop pies and dry aged fish. Jeremy is one of the chefs at the up market fish and chip shop and comes with three Michelen Star experience.
