Russell Kelso Carter was a man of many talents and ambitions, including teaching, preaching, and medical doctoring. In between all of that, he wrote hymns, and during a severe health crisis of his own, he entirely surrended to Jesus Christ, determined that he'd stand on God's promises, whether God chose to heal him on earth or not.
