STEVEN GOFF spent nearly forty years with the Washington Post, for the last three decades he covered most of the biggest games in American soccer, including MLS titles, World Cups, Open Cups and much more.  He now reports on soccer for Yahoo Sports, mostly covering the U.S. men’s team and the World Cup. He chats here about the U.S. men’s roster decisions as well as what would make this tournament a success for the Americans.
