Where are you putting the responsibility for your wellbeing? European yoga teacher, translator, and writer – and friend Susanne Haegele is this week’s #earthconversepodcast guest.  Our free flowing conversation, ends up covering 4 areas: Growing up with a European consciousness and confronting her Franco-Germanic upbringing creating a sense of responsibility and a commitment "to understand how the world works”.  Which lead her to study Political Science, join the Foreign Civil Service and become a translator. And to understand what it means to be a bridge builder between cultures. Her own deeper healing inner journey to explore parts of herself including beyond role, identity and labels and to seek her own wellbeing.  Including reinventing herself, understanding her values and what environment works best for her. And significantly a journey into yoga and women’s health. The collective birth of her intergenerational beautifully pragmatic book, Hormonal Healing (in French, English and Spanish).  We touch on 3 of its chapters, and Susanne gives tips on movement, disconnection and connection.  Including connecting with our inner voice.
