Episode 31 - What Do Shame and Guilt Do to a Person?

from Counselling Conversations with Julie · host Julie Thomas

Shame makes us direct our focus inward toward ourselves. Shame is intensely painful. Shame creates feelings of being flawed, worthless, inadequate, and a bad person. Thank you for joining me today.
