Episode 313 - SWORDSTYLESHON & Torray Long

On episode 313 I had the pleasure of speaking to fellow collaborator SWORDSTYLESHON who was also joined by fellow Victory Lane ENT. colleague Torray Long for an awesome in person conversation! Recorded amongst an amazing backdrop of anime, art, vinyls and more I was thrilled to dive into an array of topics with both of them and get to know more about what made each of them excited to create. Shon spoke on the importance of fusing the rap and anime worlds together. Something that is present in many of his projects including our early 2026 release “Make It Canon” and it was awesome to hear the level of thought and detail he pours into making sure each bar, beat, and cover art is aligned to meet his exact vision. For Torray this is true from a design standpoint. As the main designer for Victory Lane ENT. he told me more about his approach to coming up with visually appealing products that are made to be paired perfectly with other assets of the brand and movement. Collectively they both discussed their creative chemistry as a group, what its kike brainstorming new ideas together, and their goals for the longterm as they both aren’t slowing down any time soon. I loved being able to harness the raw energy of this conversation in person with two guys who undoubtedly have an nact for making the world better for both themselves and others by inspiring them through multiple different mediums.
