He kind of does what I do, but he works with a higher level of people. He’s an expert at leadership and organizational structure. These things matter for smaller companies too. It costs someone $60k a year to work with him. So, let’s get to the value bombs! There are 4 different types of people in the world according to Alex. Caretakers – Those who like to help others. Communicators – Those who like to chat and be connected. They like small talk. Coordinator – Those who like the fine print and details. They like to sit on committees. Hunter – The entrepreneur personality type. They can’t turn it off and doesn’t want to. Those that disrupt the tribe & change the world.
