In today's episode I am joined with Josh who has Crohn's Disease his journey began about 10 years ago. He tells his story from the beginning. Josh talks about why he started his Twitch streaming games to connect to people and help others in the IBD community. His Channel Uncle Fiesta isn't only for people with IBD it's for people to learn more and even with the stream is finished there is a chat room to connect with others.
